Spider-Man: Homecoming Passes Batman vs. Superman At Box Office

Spider-Man: Homecoming has now passed both Batman vs. Superman and Suicide Squad at the domestic U.S. box office giving the film the current #14 best comic book movie adaptation of all time.

In the U.S., Spider-Man: Homecoming has netted $330,361,861 to Batman vs. Superman's $330,360,194, and Suicide Squad finished with  $325,100,054.

Spider-Man: Homecoming still trails the queen of the DCEU movies with Wonder Woman's $411 million domestic box office.

Internationally, Spider-Man: Homecoming is king as it has a whopping $531,333,735 foreign box office, giving the Marvel Spider-Man movie a current total worldwide gross of $861,695,596.

Marvel Studios has already green lit a sequel which gets released July 5, 2019 starring Tom Holland.

Some other numbers for Spider-Man: Homecoming include that it's the #1 high school comedy, #5 best movie of the past 365 days, fifth best opening in July, and second best Spider-Man movie to debut.
