Spider-Man: Homecoming 2 Swings In 2019
Deadline reports Spider-Man: Homecoming 2 will be released on Independence Day, Friday, July 5, 2019.
As a result, Sony also moves their Bad Boys 4 release date up to May 24, 2019.
Spider-Man: Homecoming 2 has little competition on that July 5, 2019 release date other than what looks to be a new animated movie from Illumination Films (Despicable Me, Minions, Secret Life Of Pets, Lorax) ; Transformes 7 is due to open a week prior on June 28th and Indiana Jones 5 is due two weeks later on July 19th.
Spider-Man: Homecoming 2 will follow the release of the untitled Avengers 4 movie on May 3, 2019 which is speculated to feature Spider-Man and Tom Holland as it's the sequel to Avengers: Ininity War, also thought to include Spidey.
