Spider-Man Has Larger Role In Avengers: Infinity War
Tom Holland participated in a Facebook Live Q&A where the subject of The Avengers: Infinity War gets brought up. Holland mentions he gets more scenes than Captain America: Civil War with his fellow Avengers stars and fights the bad guys!
It's been crazy, man. It's been a really, really surreal experience because when I did Civil War, I only did work with Chris [Evans] and Robert [Downey Jr.] very briefly. Everyone else was sort of... I was acting with a tennis ball or all this sort of stuff. I saw everyone, but I never got to actually work with them.
And now I am in a situation where I am on set with all these guys doing scenes, fighting bad guys. It's been a real whirlwind. It's been a lot of fun.
Prior to The Avengers: Infinity War, Tom Holland can be seen in this Summer's Spider-Man: Homecoming.
The Avengers: Infinity War has a May 4, 2018 release starring Josh Brolin as Thanos, Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark/Iron Man, Chris Pratt as Star-Lord, and Tom Holland as Peter Parker/Spider-Man.
As the Avengers and their allies have continued to protect the world from threats too large for any one hero to handle, a new danger has emerged from the cosmic shadows: Thanos. A despot of intergalactic infamy, his goal is to collect all six Infinity Stones, artifacts of unimaginable power, and use them to inflict his twisted will on all of reality. Everything the Avengers have fought for has led up to this moment - the fate of Earth and existence itself has never been more uncertain.
