Zack Snyder's Son Teased As Robin For Batman Vs. Superman
Zack Snyder's son, 19-year-old Eli Snyder, is being rumored for Robin in Batman Vs. Superman.
Photographer Clay Enos posted an image of Zack and Eli on Instagram adding, "Boy Wonder?"
The Batman Vs. Superman Comic-Con trailer did reveal a Robin costume, which leads to the assumption Robin was killed off by the Joker.
It's possible Eli Snyder could be featured in a flashback scene featuring the Joker killing Robin. Zack Snyder previously used Eli in Sucker Punch, Watchmen and 300.
Another possibility could be Eli Snyder is playing Jason Todd, which might mean the Red Hood some time down the line.
Jena Malone is also thought to possibly be playing Robin in Batman Vs. Superman as Carrie Kelley.
"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" has a March 25, 2016 release starring Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Laurence Fishburne as Perry White, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Jeremy Irons as Alfred, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Ray Fisher as Cyborg with Callan Mulvey, Holly Hunter and Tao Okamoto in new character roles for the film. Justice League is to follow directed by Zack Snyder as well.
Fearing the actions of a god-like Super Hero left unchecked, Gotham City’s own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis’s most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it’s ever known before.
