New Superman director Zack Snyder and Christopher Meloni, who plays Colonel Hardy in the new Man of Steel movie, recently attended the 2012 Arthritis Foundation Gala Awards (click here for images).
While there, they both briefly talked about the movie with mention of a sequel.
"We like to take it one step at a time and not curse anything," Snyder told EOnline. "It's that kind of thing so we'll see what happens."
Snyder went on to say good things about Henry Cavill, and Christopher Meloni also offered up that the Man of Steel is something that we haven't seen before.
"I just keep telling everyone it's a reimagining and something that you've never seen before in your life—how a superhero is portrayed, the journey he gave him and how it's filmed. You've never see anything like it." Meloni said.
