[[wysiwyg_imageupload:2432:]] With Zack Snyder and Henry Cavill set to relaunch the Superman universe, as well as the Justice League movie seemingly resting on their super shoulders, the question that must be asked is where is the Man of Steel Super Bowl trailer? Or more so, why isn't there one?

If the time is right, as writer David Goyer recently remarked, than the time is now - today - as the Baltimore Ravens are set to take on the San Francisco 49ers on the largest stage of them all. The Big Game. The Super Bowl!

With over 100 million viewers, what better time could there be to showcase the movie the studio is betting on to spearhead a DC shared movie universe?

The answer, of course, is that there isn't a better time.

However, Warner Bros. - once again - chooses to bypass the opportunity to promote their stuff at the Super Bowl, while their competitor, Disney, has no qualms about dropping $4 million and change on Iron Man 3.

True, it could be argued that a character such as Superman really doesn't need all the added attention that comes with the added cost of a Super Bowl ad, but what a Super Bowl ad does - or would have done - for the Man of Steel is add some hype.

Instead, fans are left wondering why they won't be seeing Henry Cavill flying high or even punching someone in the face.

Maybe in a week's time all will be forgot and the $4 mill better spent down the road, but Superman with the Super Bowl would have been a super win.

So as WB chooses to let Superman fly by, a fan took it upon himself to create his own Man of Steel TV Spot.

Check it out, it's nicely done.

Man of Steel flies into theaters June 14th, 2013 in IMAX 3D rated PG-13 directed by Zack Snyder and also starring Michael Shannon as Zod, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Russell Crowe as Jor-El, Kevin Coster as Jonathan "Pa" Kent, Laurence Fishburne as Perry White, Diane Lane as Martha "Ma" Kent, Christopher Meloni as Colonel Hardy, Harry Lennix as General Swanwick, Antje Traue as Faora and Aylet Zurer as Lara Lor-Van.
