Let's add one more to the list of rumored actors for James Gunn's Guardians of the Galaxy movie.
The latest is that English actor/comedian Peter Serafinowicz has been cast in the Guardians of the Galaxy movie.
The news comes from a brief mention about the actor in an article over at TwitchFilm.
No other mention is made other than it's just a rumor (a new one at that).
If you are not familiar with Peter Serafinowicz, he actually voiced Darth Maul in Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace and had roles in Spaced, Shaun of the Dead and NTSF:SD:SUV, of which Karen Gillan, also a Guardians cast member, is now on board for the coming season.
Perhaps we'll find out more tomorrow at Comic-Con as it has been confirmed that there will be a Guardians of the Galaxy movie preview featured during the Marvel Studios panel.
Any chance Peter Serafinowicz is voicing Rocket Raccoon?
The Guardians of the Galaxy movie has an August 1, 2014 release directed by James Gunn and starring Chris Pratt as Peter Quill Star-Lord,amazing-spider-man-2-get-glue-comic-con.pngDave Bautista as Drax The Destroyer and Zoe Saldana as Gamora.
Also rumored for the movie are Michael Rooker, Lee Pace, Ophelia Lovibond, Enzo Cilenti, Karen Gillan, Glenn Close and Benicio Del Toro.
