The Underworld franchise that starred Kate Beckinsale is getting a Hollywood reboot.
THR reports that Lakeshore Entertainment is moving forward with a reboot of the vampire flicks, hiring Cory Goodman to write the script.
No other information is stated regarding directors or new actors.
Goodman wrote the script for the 2011 Priest film, starring Paul Bettany, as well as Vin Diesel's upcoming The Last Witch Hunter.
Underworld debuted in 2003 with Beckinsale playing the vampire Selena spawning three more movies which have brought in close to $500 million worldwide.
