A couple weekend's ago I was at a friend's house for a picnic when someone brought up to me the novel by British author, E.L. James, Fifty Shades Of Grey.
Now, I really have no idea what it's about, but I guess it's some sort of romance novel - to say the least - but what it is is hot as heck.
So much so that it is being called the next Twilight — or bigger. And I mean "bigger" (if you're familiar with the novel, that is).
Well, as it's such a hot commodity it's ripe for a movie, and it seems that new Superman, Henry Cavill, may be attached to play the lead role of Christian Grey.
It's being reported that Henry Cavill and producer Michael De Luca met over Comic-Con weekend this past July when Henry was present promoting the Man of Steel.
Apparently a friend of a friend saw Henry with De Luca at De Luca's office.
And what's interesting is that the novel is said to have been partially inspired by the UK TV series, the Tudors, of which Henry Cavill starred.
While nothing has been confirmed, Henry Cavill fans are going ballistic over having their super man be the choice of Grey, points out PolicyMic.com.
The Facebook Fan pages are erupting as is Pinterest with support for Cavill.
However, Henry Cavill does have some contention as Ryan Gosling, Ian Sommerhalder and Matt Bomer are apparently up for the role as well.
Stay tuned to Cosmic Book News as more on the Man Of Steel develops.
