Back in January, it was first reported that J.J. Abrams may push back the 2015 release date of Star Wars: Episode VII citing the reason to be if the develoment process requires it.
Now a new report says more of the same with it speculated that Star Wars: Episode VII could have a December 2015 release date or quite possibly pushed back even further, which would mean 2016.
BadAssDigest suggests Star Wars: Episode VII may have a December 15th 2015 release, and not the usual May premiere.
They state multiple sources have filled them in, and that no recent news has been announced as a contributing factor; which is similar to their J.J. Abrams leaving Star Wars rumor that looks to be not the case as it recently came out that Abrams may actually be more involved in Star Wars than previously thought as a consultant on everything.
Note: Disney hasn't officially announced the release date for Star Wars: Episode VII, so if the movie does come out in December of 2015 it wouldn't be technically pushed back, just pushed back from the preceding May release the previous Star Wars movies shared.
