Ryan Reynolds Still Hoping For Deadpool R-Rating
The rating is still to be determined for the Merc With The Mouth movie.
Fans of the comics know that Deadpool could easily go the R-Rated route; however, that was one thing that seemed to be holding up the movie from getting made in that Fox Studios executives didn't think an R-rated "superhero" movie could make it.
Things changed when the Deadpool footage was leaked, and the movie is now getting made.
Earlier today saw Ryan Reynolds fire off a couple of tweets: one showing his Deadpool physique, but the other stated they are still fighting for the R-rating.
A while back, Deadpool creator Rob Liefeld agreed that the movie could still be hilarious and brutal with a PG-13 rating.
"Deadpool" has a February 12, 2016 release directed by Tim Miller starring Ryan Reynolds, Morena Baccarin, TJ Miller, Gina Carano and Brianna Hildebrand.
