The artwork that was originally drawn up by Jack Kirby for the real-life fake Argo movie has surfaced.
Basically what happened was a CIA Agent made up a fake movie in order to infiltrate Iran and free six American hostages.
Actually the movie wasn't totally fake as the idea was based on a defunct "Lord of Light" science-fiction movie that was adapted from a Roger Zelazny science-fantasy novel of the same name. Kirby was hired to do draw the art for that project.
Ben Affleck recently made the movie about the ordeal which has won many awards and is up for Best Picture at tonight's Oscars, with Michael Parks portraying Jack Kirby in the movie.
You can read our review of Argo with CBN's Lawrence Naploi saying, "Argo is a dialogue driven drama that succeeds due in large part to a veteran ensemble cast," and more.
