In the wake of Marvel Studios president and producer Kevin Feige's comments that Marvel is not backing down from the May 6, 2016 release date, it's now being said that Zack Snyder and Warner Bros. will be moving the release date - yet again - for Batman Vs. Superman.
Batman Vs. Superman initially had a July 2015 release date, but Warner Bros. moved it to May 6, 2016 citing a delay in production.
That May 2016 release date was already held by Disney for an untitled Marvel Studios movie.
It's thought Marvel may be going with Doctor Strange, Thor 3 or Captain America 3 on that day.
Now a new report/rumor out of a Brazilian website is stating unconfirmed reports have Batman Vs. Superman being moved up a week to April 29, 2016 in the U.S. - a week prior.
Again, it's unknown how true the information is, but it definitely seems that DC will be taking on Marvel head-to-head at some point even with a slight change in release date.
