It featured John O'Reilly, who is rumored to be playing Rhoman Dey, a member of the Nova Corps in the comics.
Following the panel Marvel Studios released official concept art of the Guardians of the Galaxy which included Drax, Gamora, Star-Lord, Rocket Raccoon and Groot.
What the image actually looks like is almost like a police line-up, as in the Comic-Con footage they were all being processed as prisoners by O'Reilly.
Well, take a closer look at the art: Blurred out is "Nova Corps ..."
It looks like "Nova Corps System [numbers]."
The first concept art also showed what looked like the Nova Corps insigna in the background as stars, which could be Nova Corps members jumping out of hyperspace.
In additon, Glenn Close is also rumored to be playing a high ranking Nova Corps officer.

The Guardians of the Galaxy movie has an August 1, 2014 release directed by James Gunn and starring Chris Pratt as Peter Quill Star-Lord, Dave Bautista as Drax The Destroyer and Zoe Saldana as Gamora, Benicio Del Toro as The Collector, Michael Rooker as Yondu, Karen Gillan as Nebula, Lee Pace as Ronan, Djimon Hounsu as Korath the Pursuer, with John O.Reilly.
Also rumored for the movie are Ophelia Lovibond, Enzo Cilenti, and Glenn Close.
