Below you can check out a batch of teasers for Guillermo del Toro's new series, The Strain, but before that it's been reported there is a controversy surrounding billboards that are advertising the show.
Apparently, folks out in LA aren't happy with the following image, and it's been said to be getting taken down (via BuzzFeed).
Reps for FX stated they are in the process of replacing the image.
The Strain premiers Sunday, July 13th at 10pm ET on FX starring Corey Stoll, Mia Maestro, Sean Astin, Kevin Durand, Natalie Brown, Jonathan Hyde, Richard Sammel, Robert Maillet, Jack Kesy, Ben Hyland, and Miguel Gomez.
The Strain is a high concept thriller that tells the story of Dr. Ephraim Goodweather (Corey Stoll), the head of the Center for Disease Control Canary Team in New York City. He and his team are called upon to investigate a mysterious viral outbreak with hallmarks of an ancient and evil strain of vampirism. As the strain spreads, Eph, his team, and an assemblyof everyday New Yorkers, wage war for the fate of humanity itself.
