Batmobile going retro? Batmobile going a high-tech futuristic approach more akin to the Burton Batman movie?
The latest rumor is that GM is currently developing the new Batmobile for Batman Vs. Superman.
Batman On Film has it from a source that the same design team that came up with Michael Bay's Transformers vehicles are creating the new Batmobile.
It's stated the new Batmobile will "NOT" have a military look, which is what Christopher Nolan did with the Tumbler for the Dark Knight movies.
No other information is known except that an old Cadillac will be featured in the film, which obviously could be for flashback scenes involving Thomas Wayne.
With the news that Zack Snyder won't be using a realistic military approach to the Tumbler, perhaps it will be some new super cool concept car. Or perhaps Snyder and Goyer will be "keeping it real" by having the Ben Affleck Batman outfit an older Cadillac to be the new Batmobile?
Maybe it will be a new concept car that also incorporates a classic look like so?
The sequel to "Man of Steel" goes into production next year for a July 17, 2015 release starring Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne and Diane Lane.
