Right in time for Halloween, Legendary and Thomas Tull have announced Trick 'r Treat 2, the sequel to the popular 2007 film.
Last night in Los Angeles, a screening of Trick 'r Treat was held, which also happened to be director Michael Dougherty's birthday.
Dougherty received a special birthday card which read "make a sequel." The director then stated it wasn't up to him and called out Legendary CEO Thomas Tull who was in the audience. Tull said, "I'm not saying no."
"Alright. Let's make Trick 'r Treat 2," laughed Doughtery. "That would be great."
Then a new logo was shown on the big screen for Trick 'r Treat 2.
"In Hollywood, it's that easy," added Bryan Singer, producer on the original.
