The Oscar-nominated actor is there to shoot The End of the Tour for about five weeks.
While no mention is made of Batman Vs. Superman by MLive, it's said filming on Eisenberg's latest movie began this past Wednesday where he will be joined by co-star Jason Segel.
It's still unknown when production on Batman Vs. Superman is set to start. Henry Cavill has been spotted in Michigan on multiple occassions, and director Zack Snyder was seen scouting locations.
Gal Gadot mentioned she doesn't start filming until May, and most recently posted an image of herself getting into shape for Wonder Woman.
Jennifer Garner, wife to Ben Affleck, even stated she will be in Michigan for filming with her husband in the Summer.
Perhaps Jesse Eisenberg will go on to start Batman Vs. Superman immediately following The End of the Tour.
"Batman Vs Superman" has a newly announced May 6, 2016 release starring Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne and Diane Lane.
