Ultron arrived last night first seen in The Avengers 2 trailer (watch it below!) giving us a first glimpse at the robotic villain bent on destroying the world.
Now Total Film Magazine has caught up with the actor voicing Ultron, James Spader, as well as lending his likeness to the "son" of Tony Stark.
"There's a humerous aspect to him, which is something that drew me in from the very first conversation I had with Joss [Whedon]," Spader said. "In many ways he's a child, this character, because he's a brand new being who's just come to be. And yet, through artificial intelligence, he has an incredible capacity for knowledge. So he's a very powerful, smart child."
Though Spader compares Ultron to a child, don't let that fool you as the actor continues with mention Ultron is a psycho and a lot different than the character Spader plays in the hit NBC series, The Blacklist.
"Ultron takes abrupt turns in scenes." Spader explained. "Red isn't pyschopathic but Ultron is. Yes, he is psychopathic. He's really batshit crazy!"
When Tony Stark tries to jumpstart a dormant peacekeeping program, things go awry and Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Incredible Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye, are put to the ultimate test as the fate of the planet hangs in the balance. As the villainous Ultron emerges, it is up to The Avengers to stop him from enacting his terrible plans, and soon uneasy alliances and unexpected action pave the way for an epic and unique global adventure.
"The Avengers: Age Of Ultron" hits May 1, 2015 directed by Joss Whedon starring Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Samuel L. Jackson, Elizabeth Olsen as Scarlet Witch, Aaron Taylor-Johnson as Quicksilver, Paul Bettany as Vision, with James Spader as Ultron.
