[[wysiwyg_imageupload:2140:]]Some more announcements regarding the Marvel Comics' relaunch, Marvel NOW!, have come to light.
The latest is that soon to be former Fantastic Four scribe Jonathan Hickman will also be penning New Avengers.
Previously we learned that Hickman will be taking on Avengers, which is to be released twice per month starting in November, and now with the addition of New Avengers in January 2013, three Jonathan Hickman Avengers titles will be released monthly.
To keep up with all the writing, Marvel has announced a quintet of superstar artists.
Jerome Opena will be the artist on Avengers, with Adam Kubert, Dustin Weaver and Mike Deodato also contributing.
New Avengers will see Hickman teamed with Steve Epting.
Hickman appears to be on the Avengers titles for the long haul as Marvel CEO Joe Quesada said to Marvel.com, "I think two creators that have me very excited right now are, first, Jonathan Hickman and what he’s going to be bringing to the Avengers; if you really want a very clear road map of where the Marvel Universe is going to be taking you in the next four to five years, then you cannot not read AVENGERS. You have to."
