Georges St-Pierre confirms his involvement in the following video where he says he will be on set in Los Angeles for Captain America 2 for about a week.
The French-speaking UFC fighter from Quebec also says Marvel Studios told him to grow his hair for the part, which is reportedly for Batroc the Leaper.
"I let my hair grow for my role in 'Captain America 2.' It took me a month to grow this. I'm not a hairy guy. This is a lot of work. They asked me to let my hair grow to play a villain," he said.
When questioned about the mustache, St-Pierre replied that he wasn't sure about that.

Batroc in the comics is from France and is a mercenary and nemesis to Captain America; he has no super powers, but is at the top of his game for martial arts, thievery, and French kick-boxing.
The Russo Bros. are directing Captain America: The Winter Soldier which has an April 4th, 2014 release date and stars Chris Evans, Anthony Mackie, Scarlett Johannson, Samuel L. Jackson and Robert Redford.
