George Miller Said To Be Directing Man Of Steel 2
It's being stated that George Miller will be directing Man of Steel 2.
The info comes from Jon Schnepp, who recently released the The Death of 'Superman Lives': What Happened? documentary.
Schnepp appeared on the Popcorn Talk YouTube podcast where he dropped the news.
"Yeah, George Miller," Schnepp responded matter-of-factly when questioned about who is directing the Man of Steel sequel. "He's doing Man of Steel 2. I don't feel weird about breaking it, so... Yeah. Obviously, Zack Snyder is doing Justice League [Part] 1 and 2. We already got James Wan doing Aquaman... But, yeah, I think George Miller is the perfect choice to do Man of Steel 2. He's going to bring so much to it."
As fans know, George Miller was attached to the defunct 2008 Justice League movie that was to feature Armie Hammer as Batman, DJ Cotrona as Superman, Santiago Cabrera as Aquaman, Adam Brody as The Flash, Teresa Palmer as Talia al Ghul, Jay Baruchel as Maxwell Lord, Hugh Keays-Byrne as Martian Manhunter and Megan Gale as Wonder Woman.
While Man of Steel 2 isn't offically a part of the WB slate of announced DC movies, it was reported that standalone Batman and Superman movies would be forthcoming.
