Disney & Marvel Going After The Avengers 2 Leaker

According to recent court-filed documents, Disney and Marvel Studios are trying to find the identity of the person that leaked the recent trailer for The Avengers 2 as well as the Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Evans "start of Civil War" scene.

The Avengers 2 trailer was set to debut during Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D., but leaked online early causing Marvel Studios to officially release the trailer. Marvel then debuted new footage during the intended episode of Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.

According to the court documents (via THR), the leaked Avengers 2 trailer first showed up on a Google Drive account. Disney sent Google a copyright takedown notice, and in addition, has sent Google a subpoena asking for additional identyfing information regarding the user's IP address, google account, google + account and YouTube account.

Shortyly after the leak, the official Marvel Twitter account blamed Hydra.
