It's learned that Chris Pratt will be playing the lead role in the film adaptation of the Cowboy Ninja Viking comic book.
Following a rumor of Pratt's involvement, Chris Pratt posted the following on Twitter, seemingly confirming the news.
Cowboy Ninja Viking, from Shadowline and Image Comics, was created in 2009 by A.J. Lieberman and Riley Rossmo. The story sees a team of secret agents that have multiple personality disorders (dubbed "Triplets") fall apart, with the Triplets going on to become hired killers. One of the former agents, Duncan (Pratt's role), goes off to stop them, with Duncan having the three multiple personalities of a cowboy, a ninja and a viking - as well as their abilities.
Universal is developing the movie, with Pratt also starring in their Jurassic World film that is out next year.
