With X-Men: Apocalypse looking to begin filming soon, a list of actors has hit the net for younger versions of the characters.
The Wrap has it that Chloe Moretz (Kick-Ass) is in contention to play a young Jean Grey as well as Elle Fanning (Maleficient) and Oscar-nominated actress Hailee Steinfeld (True Grit, Ender's Game).
It's said Ben Hardy, Charlie Rowe and Timothee Chalamet are up for for the role of a young Cyclops as well.
It's said an insider has confirmed that Moretz and Fanning have met with Bryan Singer recently for talks about the role, with it also said the young Jean Grey is expected to be a recurring role in future X-Men movies.
Apparently, Bryan Singer is looking for a bigger-named actress for the role of Jean Grey, but regarding Cyclops, it's said Singer is more open to an unknown.
It's also said a young Storm will be featured in X-Men: Apocalypse.
X-Men: Apocalypse hits May, 7, 2016, with it previously stated to focus on the romantic relationship between Magneto and Mystique as Fox wants to put Michael Fassbender and Jennifer Lawrence at the forefront of the movie.
Tom Hardy has also been rumored to play the titular character and villain, Apocalypse, as well.
