It's being reported that Fox Studios may want Bryan Singer off of X-Men: Apocalypse because of the sexual abuse allegations against him.
Radar Online says a source has filled them in that Fox might take Singer off of the movie because a potential court case could affect the bottom line.
It's stated there have been talks already about replacing Singer, and keeping Singer onboard as producer, but the talks ended up in walk-outs as Singer has been signed as director on X-Men: Apocalypse for months.
It's said Singer's attorneys are "going nuts because the deal closed" a while ago.
It's also said if X-Men: Days Of Future Past does exceptionally well, that it might give Singer more leeway with Fox.
Currently, X-Men: Days Of Future Past sits at over $610 million worldwide, the top grossing X-Men film to date.
Bryan Singer recently bowed out of promoting X-Men: Days Of Future Past because of the allegations, which accuses Singer of providing drugs and alcohol, as well as raping, then-15-year-old Michael Egan.
Singer and his lawyers have stated they have proof that refutes the allegations as Singer was out of the country at the time the alleged incidents occurred.
