The latest comes from Yahoo, who asks the new Caped Crusader about Zack Snyder and J.J. Abrams' Batman Vs. Superman and Star Wars battle.
Both directors have been releasing pics with their characters in each other's movies. For instance, Snyder released a Henry Cavill Superman Jedi image, with Abrams recently releasing the Tumbler as part of the Millennium Falcon.
“I think it was started because JJ [Abrams] and Colin Anderson, who is a great [camera] operator who always works on my movies, and JJ is always trying to steal, and I’m trying to steal back, sent me a picture of the two of them wearing cheap Batman masks,” explained Affleck. "I showed it to Zack, and I said ‘this is bulls---, we have to do something.’ And Zack had the means at his disposal to retaliate with appropriately art-directed stuff. Stormtroopers getting stuffed into the cars by the Gotham Police Department. Stuff like that. The sort of meta-awareness of these movies, and the two directors going back and forth… I like it, I think it's cool.”
"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" has a March 25, 2016 release starring Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Laurence Fishburne as Perry White, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Jeremy Irons as Alfred, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Ray Fisher as Cyborg with Callan Mulvey, Holly Hunter and Tao Okamoto in new character roles for the film. Justice League is to follow directed by Zack Snyder as well.
