If true, it looks as if Zack Snyder may be filming a scene for Batman Vs. Superman in October.
A casting call website put out a call for extras for a Batman Vs. Superman shoot in Los Angeles on October 19th.
Apparently the company was also involved with extras for The Dark Knight Rises in Pittsburgh.
It was previously rumored by The Hollywood Reporter that production wouldn't start until February.
Guess that isn't true.
We are guessing the scene isn't going to involve Henry Cavill or Ben Affleck as the two actors still need to get in shape for the roles. In addition, Cavill is still filming The Man From U.N.C.L.E. Cavill looks to have dropped all the muscle (40lbs?) he put on for Man of Steel, but we were recently told Cavill and Affleck will begin training soon.
No specific details are mentioned about the scene, but it's noted it's for unpaid extras. I know extras were paid for the NYC Gotham PD vs. Bane's mercenaries scene, but not for the Heinz field football scene. The NYC scene had the extras actually dress in costume for their roles, with the Pittsburgh shoot just acting as normal people, which is probably what is going on here.
Maybe it will be a scene featuring people looking up to the sky or running away in fright.
