Adrianne Palicki was part of the NBC Wonder Woman series that never was, but made it as far as a pilot, which never aired as well.
So would she don the costume and play Wonder Woman again?
"If they wanted me, I would absolutely do it in a heartbeat," Palicki said, reported the StarPulse.com.
Adrianne Palicki goes on to mention how devastated she was about the NBC Wonder Woman cancelation, but goes on to state how great it was playing a tough female character in G.I. Joe: Retaliation.
"I think it's just awesome [to play an ass-kicking female] because we don't have a lot of them left anymore," Palicki said. "We don't have a lot of those women in Hollywood. Those roles aren't being written. So to play such a cool character, and also that they didn't put her in spandex or leather. They put her in fatigues and a ponytail. I just thought she was such a kick-ass character."
Speaking of a Wonder Woman TV series, one is in development over at the CW, which seems to be having problems getting off the ground as well, with Amazon.
And recently we've heard from Olivia Wilde who stated she would love to play Wonder Woman in a Justice League movie, as well as Thor 2's Jaimie Alexander (Sif) talking about how they should change Wonder Woman to be more of a bad ass.
The new Superman Man of Steel Henry Cavill's girlfriend, Gina Carano, is also a favorite amongst fans to play the Amazonian princess.
G.I. Joe Retaliation opens March 28th.
