The Wolverine Debuts With Advance Screenings Tonight; Free Tickets & Digital Comic Book
Fans that can't wait to get a taste of all the adamantium-action can see The Wolverine tonight as the next Hugh Jackman Logan movie kicks off with an advance screening.
In my neck of the woods, The Wolverine premiers tonight at 10pm with a screening in Real 3D as well as 2D.
If you order tickets from Regal online you also get a free digital Wolverine comic book.
DirectTV is also sponsoring a promotion in that if your order any two X-Men movies, you get a free movie ticket to The Wolverine.
Later tonight I'll post my thoughts with some spoilers for the movie, with Lawrence posting his formal review later.
Hugh Jackman can next been seen as Wolverine in X-Men: Days Of Future Past where it was learned at Comic-Con that Logan will go back in time, essentially bridging the two casts of the X-Men movies.
Be sure to check with your own local movie theaters to see when The Wolverine is showing.
The Wolverine has a July 26th, 2013 release date, also starring Brian Tee, Will Yun Lee, and Hiroyuki Sanada.
Based on the celebrated comic book arc, this epic action-adventure takes Wolverine, the most iconic character of the X-Men universe, to modern day Japan. Out of his depth in an unknown world he faces his ultimate nemesis in a life-or-death battle that will leave him forever changed. Vulnerable for the first time and pushed to his physical and emotional limits, he confronts not only lethal samurai steel but also his inner struggle against his own immortality, emerging more powerful than we have ever seen him before.
