Constantine joins the likes of Arrow, The Flash and Gotham as the latest to be adapted for television.

Deadline has it that Warner Bros. is moving forward with a Constantine TV series from Batman Vs. Superman writer David Goyer and Mentalist executive producer Daniel Cerone.

The new Constantine series is being picked up by NBC.

Constantine is said to be a part of the Justice League Dark movie that is in development with Guillermo Del Toro attached. There is no update regarding the movie or if the new TV series will replace it or air along with it.

Warner Bros. recently announced The Flash will appear in three episodes of Arrow before getting his own spinoff series. Most recently WB announced a new Batman prequel series with Gotham that focuses on Jim Gordon as a detective before he met the Dark Knight.

Goyer recently developed the DaVinci's Demons series on Starz, which is a great take on the character reminiscent of Batman and Sherlock Holmes, so Goyer on Constantine should do pretty well.
