Joining Daredevil, Ghost Rider, The Avengers, Superman and now apparently Suicide Squad, DC's The Flash also had its video game cancelled.

DidUKnowGaming on YouTube posted its latest video with "The Flash's Cancelled Open World Video Game?"

Details for the open world Flash video game include that Ryan Reynolds was wanted to voice The Flash and:

The project was developed by Bottlerocket Entertainment, who was mostly comprised of ex-staff members from Sony San Diego. The project also had involvement from Warner Brothers, who had the license for DC Comics’ franchise and character of Wally West. The gameplay was ambitious even in its prototype stage. In its earliest stages, the developers even considered having cameos from other super heroes such as Batman and Superman. The target platforms for Battlerocket's game were the Xbox 360, Sony's PlayStation 3 (PS3) and the Nintendo Wii. Villains included Captain Cold, Reverse Flash and Gorilla Grodd.
