Warner Bros. Wants Chris Terrio To Write Justice League Movie

16525 It's being reported that Chris Terrio is wanted by Warner Bros. to write the Justice League movie.

Terrio also wrote Argo for Ben Affleck, and reworked the David S. Goyer script for Batman Vs. Superman.

The Hollywood Reporter is stating it's not a done deal as Terrio has his eye set on directing movies, which may mean he may not want to dedicate all his time and efforts with directing Justice League.

The report also mentions that Chris Terrio was brought on board Batman Vs. Superman to polish Goyer's script by adding a lead in to the Justice League movie.

It's said Henry Cavill will be back as Superman for Justice League, Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman and Ray Fisher (thought to be playing Cyborg). Jason Momoa is also rumored for a role as well.

I've heard that Goyer's draft was more of a straight up Man of Steel sequel, which ended combining elements from a Batman movie.

I've also heard that Terrio was brought on to Batman Vs. Superman to free up time for David Goyer, as Goyer is writing Justice League (or perhaps possibly for Goyer's other projects like Constantine and the Sandman movie).

Hopefully we will find out more specific information tomorrow at Comic-Con.

"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" has a newly announced May 6, 2016 release starring Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Laurence Fishburne as Perry White, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Jeremy Irons as Alfred, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Ray Fisher as Cyborg with Callan Mulvey, Holly Hunter and Tao Okamoto in new character roles for the film. Justice League is to follow directed by Zack Snyder as well.
