Seems a few years ago Marvel went up and copied the looks of King Juan Carlos for Magneto in House of M. Well, the Spanish Royal House was none too happy, with Marvel apologizing in the end.

However, Capcom used the look for their Magneto alternate costume DLC, of which Spain took notice -- again.

The royal house contacted Koch Media, the Spanish distributor behind UMvC3, informing them the design may be infinging on the copyright of the official photograph and its potential misuse.

In turn, Koch Media responded that the design is not said to be an actual copy of the Spanish King's uniform.

Capcom hasn't released a statement as of yet, and the Magneto DLC is scheduled to become available December 20th.
