Michael Bay may have done it again with Transformers: Age Of Extinction as the fourth installment in the franchise is set to blow up the box office.

T4 netted $41.6 million at Friday, including $8.75 million from Thursday advanced screenings.

It's estimated that Transformers: Age Of Extinction could have a $100 million opening, which would give it the best of the year, surpassing Captain America 2 ($95 million).

As it stands, the film is getting a ton of negative reviews. The movie review site Rotten Tomatoes has Transformers: Age Of Extinction with only 18% positive critic ratings and 65% audience approval.

Our own review basically states it's more of the same, but it's always cool to see Transformers on the big screen.

We also have a cool interview up with Mark Ryan, the voice of Lockdown.
