Tony Stark Wears AIM Shirt In Iron Man 3 Image Still

Body

A previous batch of images from Iron Man 3 that revealed a battered Tony Stark also reveals Robert Downey Jr. wearing an AIM shirt.

Of course, Marvel comic book fans know that AIM is a group of bad guy scientists known as Advanced Idea Mechanics.

This isn't the first time we've seen AIM attached to Iron Man 3 as set images revealed AIM buildings (also below).

What role could AIM be playing in the movie? We know that Tony Stark is set to develop new armor.

Does AIM play into that, or even further, does Stark Industries own AIM?

Most likely it plays into Guy Pearce's character, Aldrich Killian as well as the plans of the Mandarin.
