Jaimie Alexander, who plays the Asgardian warrioress Sif, recently finished filming Thor 2, "The Dark World," for Alan Taylor.

Alexander suffered an accident earlier on set which required extensive rehabilitation.

She eventually returned to complete shooting in London and now offers some details on the sequel.

"It's going to be a bit of a darker feel. Obviously a lot more action," Alexander tells I Am Rogue.

And when questioned about what's it like with Thor 2 taking place after The Avengers movie, she offers a hint that the movie will be more cosmic.

"We get to explore different realms a lot more. And you see a lot more Asgard and you get to know the people of Asgard," she said.

Jaimie Alexander continues by saying something she might not be allowed to, that they will "explore the Thor/Sif relationship a little bit," and also says that Alan Taylor "has brought a whole new vision" to Thor 2 by making the movie darker and a "little bit more Gladiator-ish, a little bit more Viking-ish."

She continues with mention of Zachary Levi taking over the role of Fandral and more in the the full video:

Thor 2: The Dark World hammers into theaters November 8th, 2013 and also stars Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Tom Hiddleston as Loki, Anthony Hopkins as Odin, Idris Elba as Heimidall, Christopher Eccleston as Malekith the Accursed, and Akinnuoye-Agbaje as Kurse.
