SYFY Green Lights New Time Travel Series 'Rewind'

Deadline reports that SYFY has green lit a new time travel series called "Rewind" that sees a group of soldiers and civilian scientists using technology to travel back in time in order to thwart a devastating terrorist attack.

SYFY has put in an order for a two hour pilot, which comes from the creator's of its other original hit show Alphas, BermanBraun and Universal Cable Productions.

Justin Marks is listed as the writer as well as executive producer on the pilot along side Tom Spezialy (Chaos, Chuck, Desperate Housewives), Gail Berman (Alphas, The Cape), Lloyd Braun (DecodedAlphas, The Cape) and Gene Stein (The Protector, Alphas, The Cape).

"Justin Marks has created a time-travel series with an exciting innovative approach that really exemplifies Syfy’s commitment to bring compelling storytelling to life,” stated Mark Stern, Syfy’s president of original content.

Look for "Rewind" soon as production is set to begin this April.
