Superman: The Man of Steel (2013): Action Scene Description Surfaces
Coming out of the San Diego, it looks as if the release of first footage from the new Superman movie, the Man of Steel, was not the only thing to come out of Comic-Con.
A short scene description has also surfaced (via Bleeding Cool), which seems to add further credence that this is not the Superman (at least in the movies) we're normally used to.
Seems there was some talk of just that, how there was not a lot of action on the previous Superman movie, with an example coming out of how Zack Snyder is going to make the Man of Steel a bit more kick-ass.
The scene involves Superman ripping a part a building — and using it as a weapon.
Superman breaks apart a building and uses the building itself as a weapon in some kind of ”˜super martial art’ fashion. “Girders as throwing stars” was the specific example I was given.
While this is the first we have heard of the scene, this is not the first we have heard of things being thrown around.
Maybe Clark moves up to steel girders from logs?!
