Steven Spielberg Says No To Star Wars

3927 With the news that the new Star Wars movie may have found its writer in Michael Arndt came the revelation of some possible high-profile directors.

Now we can cross one of those directors off the list as Stephen Spielberg says no to Star Wars.

No! No!” Spielberg told Access Hollywood. “It’s not my genre. It’s my best friend George’s genre.”

Spielberg joins the likes of Zack Snyder and Quentin Tarantino as the most recent names to state they aren't involved.

Two names that are still contenders for Star Wars Episode VII in 2015 include Matthew Vaughn and Colin Trevorrow.
