Star Wars: Episode VII Trailer Coming In Less Than A Month?

It sounds as if we might get our first look at J.J. Abrams' Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer sooner rather than later.

It's speculated the trailer was going to be attached to the December 17th premiere of The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies, which is a year before Star Wars: Episode VII is due out.

However, now SlashFilm is stating a source has filmed them in that Disney plans on debuting the Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer sooner than December 17th as they are said to be planning something big for the trailer debut.

It's possible the Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer could debut on TV - similar to how The Avengers 2 trailer was supposed to go - in that the trailer would show during an episode of Star Wars: Rebels.

Another possibility is that Disney could debut the Star Wars: Episode VII trailer on Thanksgiving, which Universal is doing for Jurassic World.

Perhaps a bigger possibility, is that Disney may open theaters for the Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer, similar to what Fox and James Cameron did for Avatar.

"Star Wars: The Force Awakens" has a December 18, 2015 release directed by J.J. Abrams from a screenplay by Lawrence Kasdan and Abrams. Kathleen Kennedy, J.J. Abrams, and Bryan Burk are producing, and John Williams returns as the composer.

Actors John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Max von Sydow, Lupita Nyong'o and Gwendoline Christie will join the original stars of the saga, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker in the new film.
