Star Trek Into Darkness Japanese Trailer Hints At Spock's Death

Paramount recently unveiled footage for Star Trek Into Darkness in Japan along with director J.J. Abrams, Chris Pine and Benedict Cumberbatch.

Today saw the debut of the new trailer, with the full trailer getting released December 17th.

In addition to that, Paramount also put out a special Star Trek Into Darkness Japanese trailer which featured additional footage at the end.

One scene look really familiar -- straight out of Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan.

Does the original Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan trailer also reveal -- something?

Star Trek Into Darkness has a May 17th, 2013 release date in 3D, is directed by J.J. Abrams and stars Chris Pine as Capt. James T. Kirk, Zachary Quinto as Spock, Karl Urban as Leonard "Bones" McCoy, Zoe Saldana as Nyota Uhura, Simon Pegg as Scotty, Anton Yelchin as Pavel Chekov, John Cho as Hikaru Sulu and Benedict Cumberbatch as an unnamed villain.

Synopsis:
