S.H.I.E.L.D. TV Series Gets Two New Agents

Body

Two more agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. can be added to Joss Whedon's list as Elizabeth Henstridge and Iain De Caestecker have joined Ming-Na and Clark Gregg.

THR reports that Elizabeth Henstridge will play Agent Gemma Simmons, described as a science whiz, and that Iain De Caestecker will play Agent Leo Fitz, a technology guru.

Both are all-new characters for the show.

It's thought that the new S.H.I.E.L.D. series will air on ABC in the Fall as it's been said filming will begin in January.

Cosmic Book News is hoping Joss Whedon includes S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent Wendell Vaughn, friend of Captain America, and the cosmic super hero known as Quasar.
