Revolution Extended Preview: J.J. Abrams' New Post-Apocalyptic NBC Drama

Check out the extended trailer below for Revolution, the new post-apocalyptic drama on NBC from Star Trek's J.J. Abrams and Supernatural's Eric Kripke.

Per the trailer, we see some worldwide event causes everything electronic to turn off in the world - in essence a total blackout.

15 years later we see the series picks up - with the electricity still shut off.

Revolution sounds like it has potential, but a little bit "been there done that" as of late, I would say.

Revolution premiers Monday, September 17th at 10pm ET on NBC.
