Prometheus (2012): New Image Reveals Space Jockeys

Remember that purportedly leaked design of an Alien head for Ridley Scott's Prometheus?

Well, it looks a lot like these little buggers in the following image as revealed by the LA Times HeroComplex.

We see Noomi Rapace looking into the great beyond, with two space jockeys in the background.

The HeroComplex spoke with the writer on the movie, Damon Lindelof, who offered up the following:

“The movie is definitely epic in its scope. One of the filmmakers that we ended up talking about to a fair degree of redundancy was David Lean, who directed ”˜Lawrence of Arabia,’” he said. “We wanted to make the movie feel big by having the characters be small in big spaces. That connected to the larger themes we were talking about — that we’re all just these little gnats crawling around on our little planet.”

Check out the original image, which is followed by a second that has been brightened with photo-editing software via Jay West's FB Page.
