"Please Talk With Me; The True Story Of The C2D1 Haunting" Available October 1st By Tim Shaw
“Please Talk With Me; The True Story Of The C2D1 Haunting”
When we think about ghost stories they often conjures up images of dilapidated buildings, foreboding castles, or scary graveyards. However, more times than naught they actually occur in the most mundane of places. Such was the case in 1985 on the campus of Geneseo State College.
Tim Shaw’s latest book “Please, Talk With Me; The True Story of the C2D1 Haunting” chronicles the horrific 10 week period of a student’s life as he is targeted and attacked by a tortured spirit. It is not simply a ghost story but an emotional roller coaster ride in which his own personal “dark night of the soul” is revealed. The title’s foreword was written by renowned Demonologist John Zaffis who is currently the star of SyFy’s hit series “Haunted Collector.” Also this story has been the subject of a recent episode of “School Spirits” featured on the SyFy Channel as well.
The story of the C2D1 Haunting has been an enigma to Western New York researchers for many years. Only recently have many of the survivors come to grips with the events of that time and sharing their experiences. The telling of this story is not only interesting to the reader but serves as a sort of healing for the “haunted survivors” who were involved. The book is actually a companion to an independent film of the same name which was premiered on September 14th at the “Scare-A-Cuse” Sci Fi & Horror Convention held in Syracuse, NY. The movie was produced by Bill Edwards of CITA Ventures and directed and edited by Mara Katria. For more information on the film please go to: http://www.ptwmthefilm.com/.
The official release date of the book will be October 1st and can be purchased by writing to [email protected]. The price is $24.00 which includes shipping and handling.
