It's being reported that Paul Bettany will play the Vision in The Avengers 2.

The Daily Mail reports that Paul Bettany was spotted at the Shepperton Studios just outside London this week where it's also mentioned Jeremy Renner was seen, with the two actors there to have a meeting with Joss Whedon.

At one time Renner was rumored to be getting replaced with Hawkeye getting recast.

The report has it that Paul Bettany was spotted doing a series of costume, hair and make-up tests and worked with stuntmen and armorers.

It's said Bettany had the makeup applied to his face to give him the Vision appearance as well.

Paul Bettany is known as the voice of Jarvis for Tony Stark/Iron Man, and now with this news as well as that Ultron looks to be created by Stark, it seems as if similar to the comics, Ultron will also create the Vision (perhaps from Jarvis).

The Vision also happens to be married to the Scarlet Witch in the comics, who is being played by Elizabeth Olsen in The Avengers 2.

The report also mentions that the working title for The Avengers 2 in London is "After Party."

Update: A second report from Variety confirms that Paul Bettany is the Vision.

Paul Bettany joins Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Mark Ruffalo, Elizabeth Olsen, Aaron Taylor-Johnson and James Spader as Ultron.

The Avengers 2 has a May 1, 2015 release.
