Patrick Brennan Joins Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. As Blackout

Patrick Brennan has joined Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. as Marcus Daniels, aka Blackout in the comics.

Marvel.com announced the news and released the following image.

Brennan will appear in episode 18 "Providence" with it said he will have a larger role in future episodes.

First appearing in Nova #19 (1976), it's reported that this version of Blackout will have slightly different powers: the ability to suck the energy out of anything around him.

Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. "Providence" is set to air Tuesday, April 15 at 8pm ET on ABC.
