Now Zeb Wells Is Leaving NINO Nova, Too

Just like last night's news of Neil Gaiman and Guardians of the Galaxy -  that didn't last long.

Marvel announced after issue #2 of the new NINO* Nova that both Jeph Loeb and Ed McGuinness were off the series with issue #5, thought due to such low sales (under 40K and selling less than the 2007 series).

Now we learn that the new writer taking over for Loeb, Zeb Wells, isn't sticking around that long as well.

Wells said in a recent interview that he is only writing five issues of NINO Nova and Marvel already has another writer to replace him.

Wells tells Newsarama:

I had a five-issue story I wanted to tell... and just enough time between seasons to tell it. Wacker just told me who’s coming on after me and it’s really exciting. Nova will be in good hands for the foreseeable future!
