Mothra Twins Spotted In Godzilla (2014) Trailer

Body

It looks as if Godzilla may have a familiar monster as what appears to be the Mothra Twins has been spotted in the new trailer.

Interestingly enough, the Mothra Twins appear in the Godzilla trailer following Bryan Cranston's character stating, "Because what's really happending is that you're hiding something out there."

Take a look at the following image, which is a high-def 1080p blown up image still from the 30-second mark:

It's unknown if this is just some sort of Easter Egg that Gareth Edwards included or if Mothra will actually be in the movie (update: or are they firemen?).

The Mothra Twins, or fairies, summon Mothra through singing a special prayer.

Mothra has been both a friend and foe to Godzilla in the previous movies.
